Vivid vintage photos of what an American school was like in the 1970s

With seventies, we are separated by some four decades, but when you understand how different our life today is from that period, it begins to seem that at least a century has passed. Take school, for example. She was completely different in the 70s of the last century. Students focused on writing and math and carefully honed their handwriting: beautiful writing of letters was a matter of pride.

Computers, which almost every family member now has, in those days were still classified as science fiction. By the mid-seventies, portable calculators had just appeared, but because of the high cost, few could afford them. In short, in the classroom I had to listen to the teacher, do my homework "by hand" in notebooks and read paper books.

It is interesting to see what the school was like in the United States of America. What did the schoolchildren look like and what did they live with? What were the classrooms, cupboards, and schoolyards? How did the lessons go? Interesting vintage photos from American schools give answers to all these questions.
